Why I love Pole & Aerial fitness.
In my opinion aerial is a great training tool for people new to pole dancing. For example you can work on a Straddle or Chopper & even an Inside or Outside leg hang. Pole dancing is not easy. It will take 3 classes to master easy pole tricks. What to wear to a pole dancing class or my first aerial class? Shorts! Leggings are great when you start doing drops on the silks but leggings give no grip. Get ready for the most amazing workout; Pole & Aerial or try pole flight a silk attached to a pole.
