Why I love Pole & Aerial fitness.
In my opinion aerial is a great training tool for people new to pole dancing. For example you can work on a Straddle or Chopper & even an Inside or Outside leg hang. Pole dancing is not easy. It will take 3 classes to master easy pole tricks. What to wear to a pole dancing class or my first aerial class? Shorts!
