Why I love Pole & Aerial fitness.
In my opinion aerial is a great training tool for people new to pole dancing. For example you can work on a Straddle or Chopper & even an Inside or Outside leg hang. Pole dancing is not easy it will take 3 classes to master easy pole tricks. Get ready for the most amazing workout. Pole & Aerial in the same class. I am flattered so many people are inspired by me.
